It’s been a while, huh?
The last three months have been a bit rough. We had a few deaths and a bit of uncertainty that caused a lot of stress. Hopefully the Christmas and New Year period will give us all a chance to reset and come back in January feeling fresh and renewed.
I’ve also been at a bit of a cross roads with my blog recently. You see I decided to make a pretty massive change in my life. I joined Weight Watchers in September and to date I’ve lost around 10kg which is a really good amount of weight to lose. So far that’s meant restricting my dessert consumption and the gay abandon that I used in the past when it came to eating. I’ve decided to not this let get the better of my blogging though! So from now on you will start to see quite a few more health conscious recipes.
Obviously that does not mean exclusively salads and bliss balls because today’s recipe is a pizza.
